Hi, I’m Adrian.
If you’re looking for support, clarity, or even just a place to start, you’re welcome here.
I work with people navigating the big life questions. Identity, gender, sexuality, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. All of it! If you’re someone who values authenticity and collaboration in your relationships, then I think we'll be a good fit. I am committed to cultivating spaces of empowerment, radical truth, and liberation. I bring a lot of creativity and humanity into the room, and I hope that you’ll feel welcome to do the same.
As a therapist who is queer, transgender, and a first-generation immigrant, my work centers on caring for the communities I’m part of. This is a space for you to feel free and safe. You don’t have to edit or explain yourself to belong here. We’ll move at your pace and follow what feels most important to you. It is my joy to support you with warmth and compassion in the process of doing and being. You deserve a peaceful life. Let’s get you there.
Profound transformation is possible when you are willing to engage with your authentic self. It is a pleasure and a privilege to walk alongside you in this work.
